1 Stay effortless during sathanaas – allow grace to descend on you and allow it take you to upper echelons of consciousness – they are the real experiences
2 Wait with patience for the experiences to accrue – dont be in a hurry for them – it will come to us in a right time
3 check the processes are correct – ok , then the results of experiences will follow automatically
4 Have lots of faith on APJ that HE will not let us down under any circumstances
