Patient : That I am already doing doctor

Doc : What do you mean ??

Patient : Yes doctor – thats called ” JAPAN ” – meaning – ” JUMPING AND PUMPING ALL NIGHTS ” on beds at nights

Doctor : Oh ?? Hahaha – Good
